On Sunday 9th February, the Vice Lord Lieutenant of Devon, Rear Admiral Chris Snow CBE DL, attended the Year of the Snake Celebration hosted by the Hongkongers in Devon CIC. The event, held at the Exeter Phoenix, celebrated the Lunar New Year 2025.
The Vice Lord Lieutenant officiated the opening ceremony, alongside the Lord Mayor of Exeter, Cllr Kevin Mitchell. They participated in festivities and learnt about the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Snake.
