On Thursday 27th May, the Duchess of Gloucester visited Exeter College’s Construction Centre in Exeter, Devon. The College was hosting their Institute of Carpenter’s (IOC) Timber Industry College Hub event, which aims to help students understand how their qualifications and training can be applied in real-world scenarios. The event also introduced students to local businesses and career paths within the timber supply chain. Her Royal Highness joined the event as the Royal Patron of the IOC.
