On Sunday, 12th November, Deputy Lieutenant Nick Powe attended Torquay’s Remembrance Service to commemorate Remembrance Sunday. There, he lay a wreath on behalf of the Devon Lieutenancy. In attendance was the Mayor of Torbay, Councillor Mark Spacagna.
