On Sunday, 12th November, the Vice Lord Lieutenant of Devon, The Rt. Hon. The Countess of Arran CVO MBE attended Exeter Cathedral’s Remembrance Service.
There, she lay a wreath on behalf of the Devon Lieutenancy to commemorate Remembrance. In attendance was Chair of Devon County Council, Councillor Percy Prowse, who also lay a wreath. This was followed by a Remembrance Service held in the Cathedral.
