Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant, Vice Lord-Lieutenant, and Deputy-Lieutenants attended Remembrance events throughout Devon to remember the service and sacrifice of the Armed Forces community.

2021 marks 100 years since the nation’s collective Remembrance traditions were first brought together, such as the poppy, two-minute silence, Armistice Day, the service for the Unknown Warrior, and the march-past at the Cenotaph.

Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant, Vice Lord-Lieutenant, and Deputy-Lieutenants thank all those that have served for Britain and the Commonwealth and will always honour their sacrifices.

Please find attached photographs of Deputy Lieutenants Group Capt Gordon Evans, Kate Baylis, Major Colin Pape, Vice-Admiral Chris Snow and Nick Powe at their respective GWR, Exeter Armistice, Exeter City FC, Plymouth and Brixham services.
